[February 09, 2010] Consortium of investors to sell AmberPoint to Oracle Tweet Feb 09, 2010 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- A consortium of investors has agreed to sell stake in AmberPoint, Inc., a provider of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) visibility, management and security software, to Oracle Corporation, an enterprise software company. Both AmberPoint and Oracle are based in the US. The consortium includes Crosslink Capital, Norwest Venture Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures, Meritech Capital Partners, Motorola Ventures and SAP Ventures.
