All new DSL customers, who sign a 24 months contract, do not have to pay the activation costs, which usually amount to EUR 99.90 plus NetCologne DSL hardware starting at EUR 0. At the same time, NetCologne offers a voucher of EUR 75, EUR 100 or EUR 125, depending on which DSL/telephony tariff they select. For new customers, who do not want a 24 months contract, NetCologne offers the hardware for lower fees and the activation fee is decreased to EUR 49.90.
