[February 09, 2010] 'BT enhances One Source service for Polycom systems' Tweet Feb 09, 2010 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Audio, video and web collaboration services provider BT Conferencing has expanded its BT One Source for Polycom's Immersive telepresence managed service. One Source combines Polycom's Immersive systems with BT Conferencing's management services and automation. BT's Engage Tracker tool is also included in this offering. The new service features enables customers to automatically launch telepresence sessions using BT's Engage suite of software tools. It includes planning, design and implementation services as well as customer support services such as BT's One Care Preferred white glove services. It also allows customer-owned bridging infrastructure to be located on the customers' premises or housed in a BT co-location facility.
