[January 27, 2010] FON and Devicescape collaborate over WiFI access Tweet Jan 27, 2010 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) -- Devicescape, a developer of WiFi connectivity solutions, and FON Wireless Ltd, a company that provides and promotes WiFi connectivity, said today that they have entered into a partnership to increase WiFi access for end-users. The companies said that Devicescape is to give FON users free access to all Devicescape Easy WiFi clients, and will at a later date deliver a FON branded Easy WiFI application offering Nokia users trouble free access to FON WiFi hotspots. The FON Easy WiFi application will allow its customers to connect automatically to the more than half a million hotspots in the FON WiFi network without the inconvenience of entering user IDs and passwords in a browser.
