[January 08, 2010] Finland's Alma Media inks JV deal with local Grey-Hen, Kateetti Tweet (M&A Navigator Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Finnish publisher Alma Media (HEL:ALN1V), local auto-industry solutions provider Grey-Hen Oy and automotive software developer Kateetti Oy announced today they would set up a joint venture to develop new applications for the automotive sector. The new company will also offer online information systems to serve the needs of car-buying consumers, the statement read. The joint venture will start operations in the spring. The partners have not provided any financial details on the deal.
