[December 28, 2009] WebTech Wireless and LunarEye Reach Accord Tweet Dec 29, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- WebTech Wireless, a provider of vehicle location-based (LBS) and fleet telematics services, announced that it has concluded a settlement arrangement with LunarEye, in the matter of a patent infringement suit filed by LunarEye in the Eastern District of Texas in May 2007. The terms of the settlement agreement are confidential, but involve a one-time payment, no admission of infringement and a release from any future action by LunarEye against WebTech Wireless on this matter.
