[December 09, 2009] PT Berlian Laju to from joint venture with Miclyn Express Tweet Dec 09, 2009 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- PT Berlian Laju Tanker Tbk has entered into joint venture (JV) agreement with Miclyn Express Offshore to move into the Indonesian offshore support vessel market. The joint venture will be named as PT BLT Miclyn Offshore and both the partners will hold 50% each in the JV. Berlian Laju is a Indonesia-based shipping company, while Miclyn Express is a Singapore-based provider of offshore support vessels, crew/utility vessels and barges to the offshore oil and gas industry. The joint venture is expected to close by end of December 2009.
