[November 29, 2009] Inmagic Appoints Paul Blondin to Board Tweet Nov 30, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Inmagic announced that Paul E. Blondin has joined the company's board of directors. According to Inmagic, Blondin has experience in management, product strategy, distribution and mergers, and acquisitions of technology companies. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Pactolus Communication Software, located in Marlborough, Mass. Pactolus develops and markets SIP based enhanced service applications for next generation telecommunication providers. Prior to joining Pactolus in 2001, Blondin served as CEO of IPHighway, a software company in the IP performance provisioning market. Before that, he was President and CEO of Netect, a network security company. Netect was acquired by Bind View Development, in March of 1999. Blondin has also served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Open Development Corp. (ODC), a provider of enhanced services platforms to the telecommunications industry. ODC was sold to Glenayre Technologies in October 1997. Earlier in his career Blondin served as CFO of Cascade Communications, a supplier of wide area data communications equipment. Cascade was acquired by Ascend Communications in June of 1997. Inmagic is a provider of knowledge management and library automation applications.
