'Vodafone Romania starts holiday prepaid promotion'Nov 25, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Vodafone Romania has launched a winter holiday prepaid promotion under which new or existing clients are offered new options, top-up bonuses and prepaid packages. By calling *147#, prepaid users can activate a EUR 5 monthly option for 700 on-net minutes, 700 SMS and 70 national and international minutes. At the same time, an extra 500 MB of monthly traffic is offered for EUR 3.99 per month ('Vodafone Internet pe mobil'), while 200 MB of e-mail traffic is available for EUR 1.99 per month ('Vodafone Email pe mobil'). The latter offer is available for free during the first month of service. New Vodafone Card (Cartela Vodafone) users that create a group with up to three friends are offered monthly bonuses of up to 200 minutes for each recharge made by one of the group. During the same promotion, prepaid clients can offer 20 on-net SMS or 15 MB of internet traffic with a 24-hour availability period to any Vodafone prepaid user. These are not deducted from the senders' credit. Vodafone also presented two new prepaid packages. The first offer includes a card with initial credit of EUR 4 and a Nokia 1622 phone for RON 179 (VAT included), while the second comes with initial credit of EUR 2 and the Samsung E1120 phone for RON 149.
