There are no technical issues concerning either the Proton rocket or Eutelsat's satellite, which are both in safe configuration mode. Khrunichev State Research and Production Space Centre and International Launch Services (ILS) are now planning to launch the W7 satellite on Tuesday 24 November at 14:19 GMT, 15:19 CET.
