Russian TransCreditBank to handle Sibirtelecom bond offering


(EquityBites Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) 23 November 2009 - Russian regional telecom company Sibirtelecom has picked domestic Transcreditbank (MCX:TCBN) to carry out its exchange-traded bond issue, the company said Friday.

Local Svyaz Bank, Bank of Moscow, UniCredit Bank and Alfa Bank also took part in the tender.

The RUB8bn (USD277.5m/EUR185.3m) bonds, to be issued in the second or the third quarter of 2010, will have a nominal value of RUB1,000 apiece.
