[November 23, 2009] 'Samsung has best customer service for mobile phones - study' Tweet Nov 23, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Samsung has the best customer service of the top ten mobile phone manufacturers in Germany, according to an extensive study by the German institute for service quality (DISC). The study looked into the quality of phone contacts as well as answering customer e-mails. Samsung was the best with regards to phone contacts, while number two, Nokia, offered the best e-mail customer service. Number three was Sony Ericsson closely following the top two. On average, the customer services were valued as satisfactory with the top three scoring good. The main differences were found in friendliness during phone calls, while the quality of answers was good for every mobile phone manufacturer.
