LiveWorld Launches Facebook Applications and Moderation & Management SuiteNov 20, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- LiveWorld, Inc. announced it has launched its new LiveWorld Facebook Community Solutions Suite, an enterprise-class mix of applications, moderation, and community management services to help brands ensure that their customers have a positive experience on the brand's Facebook page. Common to all three applications are features such as drag and drop layout, tunable widgets, a complete admin tool set and CSS graphics to enable the brand to create a distinctive user experience in the brand's look and feel or native Facebook look. LiveWorld's data warehouse reporting provides community insight metrics such as overall and detail volume, most active topics, top contributors, highest rated ideas and top questions. The applications also include security features to manage spamming problems. The LiveWorld Facebook Community Suite includes: Facebook Forums: Build relationships among and with your customers on Facebook. Forums for Facebook are full-bodied message forums with multiple organized flows of conversation, embedded photo and video posting/playing and showcase galleries to feature user and brand content. Drag and drop tunable widgets allow the brand to add and change polls, announcements, custom HTML boxes and more. Forums are integrated with the user's overall Facebook experience, including direct linking to the user's Facebook profile and publishing of the user's posts to his or her Facebook Activity Feed. Facebook Idea Power: Brands can test new product ideas and get first-hand knowledge of the market. Consumers can submit, tag and vote on ideas in text, photo, audio and video formats. The application includes LiveWorld's Brand Idea Collaboration Page and is fully integrated with the user's overall Facebook experience, including publishing ideas and votes to the user's Facebook Activity Feed and direct linking to the user's Facebook profile. Facebook Ask & Answer Support Community: This application has features, language and taxonomy specially optimized for customer care. It offers Ask A Question, Get An Answer language and search structure, ways to highlight the top 10 questions being asked and many more customer support-specific features. The customer care experience is integrated with Facebook overall, with users' questions and answers published to their Facebook Activity Feeds and direct linking to the user's Facebook profiles.
