Terracotta acquires Quartz

Nov 20, 2009 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- Terracotta, Inc., an infrastructure software company, has acquired Quartz, a developer of open source job-scheduling software. Both the companies are based in the US.
