Except Dada all the companies involved in the transaction are based in the UK. Dada is an Italy-based provider of community and entertainment services for web and mobile, as well as domain, hosting and online advertising solutions, while BlueSquare Data is a provider of information technology (IT) solutions includes rackspace, data suites, IP networks, dedicated servers and technical consultancy services.
