Richco said it selected Reliance Globalcom for its service level agreements (SLAs) and private undersea cable network, which reached the company's key manufacturing facilities in China, the United Kingdom (U.K.) and the United States (U.S.). As a result of implementing Reliance Globalcom's Layer-2 managed services, the manufacturer of plastic fasteners and other engineered component solutions stated that it is achieving greater business process synergy, real-time access to critical data, enhanced visibility to remote systems and improved collaboration between its offices and manufacturing facilities.
