[November 16, 2009] SolarWinds underwriters exercise their option Tweet (Associated Press Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) AUSTIN, Texas_Network management software maker SolarWinds Inc. said Monday that the underwriters of a secondary public offering have fully exercised their overallotment option. The 30-day option allowed the underwriters to buy an additional 1.8 million shares from certain selling stockholders at $18.75 per share.
