(NASDAQ:CMCSA) to combine their media assets, according to a Bloomberg report. The company can notify GE, who owns 80% of the network, until December 10 of its intention to sell the stake. The decision to sell the stake is important because it would let GE gradually leave the media business, giving it up to Comcast, according to the report.
