[November 13, 2009] SolarWinds prices offering of 12 million shares Tweet (Associated Press Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) AUSTIN, Texas_SolarWinds Inc., a network management software maker, said Friday it priced a 12 million share offering at $18.75 per share. The price is a 3 percent discount to the stock's Thursday closing price of $19.28. The shares are being offered by several stockholders.
