[November 11, 2009] BSNL selects Dilithium for mobile video services Tweet Nov 11, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Dilithium, a provider of mobile video infrastructure solutions, has announced that BSNL, an Indian telecommunications company, has selected Dilithium solutions for the deployment of new mobile video and streaming services over 2G and 3G networks. BSNL's south zone division will deploy 3G live TV and other video services. Dilithium has partnered with Huawei Technologies in BSNL's south zone to provide end-to-end delivery solutions for BSNL's live mobile video services. The solution includes the Dilithium DTG 3021 multimedia gateway and the DCA content adaptation and video streaming solution, enabling two-way video calling and other advanced video services. Prabhat Bhagvandas, vice president and general manager of India operations at BSNL, said: "It has been an honor to work in another BSNL zone to bring mobile video solutions to the India market.
