Nov 11, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- The Russian state property fund has evaluated Indian telecommunications company Sistema Shyam Teleservices (SSTL) at USD 3.13 billion. However, the Russian government will pay a lower price for minority stake of 10-24 percent in SSTL, reports daily newspaper Vedomosti.
