Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC Announces Investigation Into Purchase of IMS Health, Inc.

ATLANTA, Nov 6, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC is investigating whether IMS Health, Inc.'s ("IMS" or the "Company") (NYSE:RX) directors complied with their fiduciary duties in approving the proposed buyout of IMS by TPG Capital and the CPP Investment Board. According to the Company's announcement of November 5, 2009, IMS shareholders will receive $22.00 for each IMS share they own.
