This will enable Altitude Software contact center customers to gain access to 480 million skype users worldwide, by adding Skype as a new interaction channel to their Altitude uCI platform in the contact center. Companies can use the new functionalities to set up single "global toll free" numbers, and provide effective support and service to customers making skype calls to the contact center.
