[October 01, 2009] Arbinet appoints new CFO Tweet Oct 01, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Arbinet, a provider of voice and IP solutions, has appointed Gary Brandt as CFO, effective October 1, 2009. Mr Brandt succeeds John Wynne, who is stepping down as CFO. Mr Brandt has nearly 30 years of financial, technology, and telecommunications experience with public and private companies. From 2001-2005, Mr Brandt served as CFO of Hydrogenics, where he oversaw the company's critical finance and administration functions. For the first 20 years of his career, Mr Brandt served in numerous financial capacities in the telecommunications industry with increasing responsibilities for companies such as Nortel and MCI. Most recently, he served as CEO of Stirling Power as CEO of Solomon Technologies. From 2005-2007, he served as vice president of corporate development at SatCon Technology, where he completed a follow-on public equity offering.
