The hosted-delivery model of LiveVox, the company noted, enables agencies to scale dialing without the upfront costs and ongoing support and maintenance fees associated with hardware solutions. The unlimited calling capacity of the LiveVox system increases agent talk time by 30 percent to 50 percent compared to Limited Line Dialers, the groups said.
