TCM-based 32-digt Secutiry Chip Comes out

BEIJING, Sep 24, 2009 (SinoCast Daily Business Beat via COMTEX) -- Jetway Information Security Industry Co., Ltd. started mass production of SSX0903, a self-developed 32-digit security chip based on the TCM standard.

The chip passed through the Chinese regulator's testing in March 2009. Security chip has been the focus of the domestic information security field.

Jetway has researched on chip R&D and optimization combination for nearly ten years and rolled out the SSX0903 security chip, enriching the portfolio of China-made chip products, noted Han Yongqiao, chief engineer for the company.

The SSX0903 security chip can be used not only for personal computers but also for lots security equipments, such as embedded equipment, set-top boxes, 3G products, PDA, and consumer electronics, said the chief engineer.




A number of organizations pushed the local production of reliable computing products and the establishment of the industrial chain. Reliable computers will be widespread thanks to users' increasing demand for information security and knowledge on reliable computing.
