[September 19, 2009] Broadview Completes Natural Convergence Asset Purchase Tweet Sep 18, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Broadview Networks announced it has completed the purchase of select assets of Natural Convergence of Ottawa, Canada. As a result of the purchase, Broadview Networks said it now owns the intellectual property of NCI's application, Silhouette, as well as other related software and materials. Steve Pequegnat, who will report to Ken Shulman, Broadview Networks' CTO, will lead development and support staff operations in Ottawa. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
