Broadview Networks Successfully Completes Natural Convergence Asset Purchase


RYE BROOK, N.Y. --(Business Wire)-- Broadview Networks today announced it has completed the purchase of select assets of Natural Convergence (News - Alert) Inc. (NCI) of Ottawa, Canada. As a result of the purchase, Broadview Networks now owns the intellectual property of NCI's premier application, Silhouette™, as well as other related software and materials. Steve Pequegnat, who will report to Ken Shulman, Broadview Networks' (News - Alert) chief technology officer, will lead development and support staff operations in Ottawa.

Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
