WorkPlace license Labor Standards methodology and toolkit to Axsium Group

Arnold - WorkPlace Systems International plc (WorkPlace) is pleased to announce a new licensing agreement with Axsium Group. WorkPlace has licensed its North American Labor Standards methodology and toolkit to Knightsbridge Human Resources, owner of Axsium Group, under an exclusive reseller and distribution agreement.

This transaction enables WorkPlace Systems Inc. to expand its software solutions business in North America within the global WorkPlace brand and to separately manage the independent consultancy business, which continues to leverage on the reputation of LSI in the North American Labor Standards market, through the new distribution and reseller network.

Independently and in conjunction with our partner, WorkPlace System Inc. has access to a wide base of North American retail, healthcare and manufacturing practices with its Engineered Labor Standards, a fundamental component of a workforce management software solution. WorkPlace's Labor Standards has helped many retailers implement effective workforce management software solutions that provide significant labor cost savings, improved customer service and increased sales.

WorkPlace Systems plc will continue to market the methodology and toolkit in the UK and Europe and through WorkPlace Systems Inc. to use the Labor Standards IP in its North American software solutions. At the same time, several US consultants, with core skills in Labor Standards will join Axsium Group to promote and drive the expansion of this business. Other WorkPlace Systems Inc. teams will continue to focus and drive the workforce management software solutions business going forward.

Commenting on the agreement, Barney Quinn, WorkPlace CEO said “This is an excellent opportunity for WorkPlace Systems Inc. to continue expanding its software solutions business in the North American market.”
