[August 19, 2009] Tele Atlas names Aref Matin as CTO Tweet Aug 19, 2009 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Tele Atlas, a subsidiary of TomTom NV (Euromext:TOM2), today appointed Aref Matin as Chief Technology Officer. Matin is also appointed a member of the Tele Atlas executive team and of TomTom's technology board. In his new role Matin will be responsible for developing and managing the company's technology and product strategy, strategic research and advanced engineering. He will report to Tele Atlas CEO, Bill Henry. Matin most recently was with RealNetworks where he was CTO of Technology Products and Solutions. Prior to that he held senior technology leadership positions at Millennial Net, Juniper Networks, Siemens and AT&T Bell Laboratories.
