Telecom Argentina to expand base of Radcom Omni-Q services
Jul 31, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) --
Telecom Argentina has decided to expand its base of Radcom Omni-Q services. Radcom is an Israel-based provider of network test and service monitoring solutions.
Telecom Argentina already uses Radcom's Omni-Q service management solution to monitor network performance and quality of service on both its national and international next generation network (NGN) and mobile networks.
Eyal Harari, vice president of products and marketing at Radcom, said: "We are very pleased that, as a current customer, Telecom Argentina's long-term satisfaction with Radcom's services has led to its choosing to expand Radcom's Omni-Q services on both its cellular network, as well as its NGN VoIP network.
"The Omni-Q system enables operators to leverage the unique advantage of a unified system for service assurance of all the NGN and wireless technologies. This allows operators to save both CAPEX and OPEX which is very important in the current financial atmosphere."
