'3 Austria users very pleased with mobile broadband service'Jun 30, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Hutchison 3G Austria (3 Austria) customers are the most satisfied with their mobile broadband service, according to a survey by Austrian market research company marketminds. A total of 38 percent of questioned 3 Austria customers were 'very happy' with their mobile broadband services, with a further 33 percent 'happy' with their service. Over 50 percent of customers actively recommend the company's mobile broadband service to their friends and relatives, with 7 in 10 customers saying their expectations had been met by the company. Meanwhile, 3 Austria has launched a new TV commercial showing the UMTS network of Austrian mobile networks on a 3D map. The map shows that 3 Austria has the largest UMTS network coverage at 94 percent of the country. The operator is also offering 15 GB of mobile data usage for EUR 15, down from EUR 20, until end-July.
