VPI and CCC Technologies Formalize Reseller Partnership


Jun 12, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- VPI, Voice Print International, a company involved in the development of integrated interaction recording and workforce optimization (WFO) solutions, and CCC Technologies, one of Avaya's business partners with a 25-year history of providing converged communications, networking and security solutions, announced a formal reseller partnership to distribute VPI's call recording and contact center optimization software.



According to company officials, under the agreement, CCC Technologies' customers can now use VPI EMPOWER, an integrated, modular suite of solutions comprised of call recording, monitoring, performance management, and eLearning modules.
