IAP to integrate Empirics with Birst's on-demand business intelligence

May 27, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Information Asset Partners or IAP, an analytic CRM product marketing and consulting firm, and Birst, a provider of on-demand solutions for business intelligence and analytics, have formed a partnership to integrate IAP's Empirics with Birst's on-demand business intelligence.

Birst said that, the new solution, Empirics BI, will use Birst's software-as-a-service (SaaS) business intelligence (BI) application to provide financial institutions with Empirics's behavioral, market-based metrics.

Birst also said that Empirics BI will enable clients to go beyond historical data and conventional demographics to identify high potential customers and markets, underserved markets, and up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Using Birst's BI capabilities, the solution will display the information and insights in a concise and visual format, and will link the findings to a live database that will track and benchmark marketing program potential and performance.

Raisa Suhir, co-founder and head of analytics and development at Information Asset Partners, said: "Financial firms have volumes of customer data, but in today's highly competitive environment you also need objective behavioral measurement, including market, customer, and growth potential metrics. IAP will offer Empirics BI to provide these metrics to represent buying behaviors and intents across channels and competitors." http://www.datamonitor.com Republication or redistribution, including by framing or similar means, is expressly prohibited without prior written consent.
