A Ukrainian media-consultant was banned from entering Kyrgyzstan by its border service. "Yevhen Hlybovytsky, a specialist in media communications from Ukraine, was blocked from entering Kyrgyzstan on April 30," the Media Commissioner Institute Public Foundation reported. According to Hlybovytsky, his visit was connected with the opening of a media company in Bishkek. "Ukraine is still considered a country that brings revolution," Hlybovytsky said. According to the Media Commissioner Institute, the media expert has visited Kyrgyzstan before and was helping to prepare legislation on public television in the country.
