With diversifEye 5.2, Shenick (News - Alert) creates a market first with its ability to test session initiation protocol (SIP) controlled video on demand (VoD). It reduces the complexity of user authentication in NGN and IMS multi-service delivery environments, bringing greater efficiency and a streamlined approach. diversifEye 5.2 now also supports security-enabled applications such as Voice over IP (VoIP) and Secure Web (HTTPS) emulation and analysis using SSL/TLS. Secure VoIP offers many advantages but, there is a need for infrastructure vendors and service providers to test SSL/TLS functionality and performance under real-world load conditions to determine quality of service (QoS) and individual call quality of experience (QoE).
