'Fujitsu takes over Siemens stake in computer venture'Apr 01, 2009 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Fujitsu has acquired Siemens' half of their previously co-owned Fujitsu Siemens Computers. The ownership of the company's entire share capital will transfer to Fujitsu on 1 April. Fujitsu Siemens Computers will continue operations with its products as part of the global network of the Fujitsu Group. The trade name of the company is Fujitsu, and the company's full legal name in Finland is Fujitsu Technology Solutions Oy. ICT services supplier Fujitsu Services Oy group and Fujitsu Technology Solutions Oy operate as separate corporations. The Product services unit of Fujitsu Services Oy will continue as a supplier and manufacturer, independent reseller and service provider. Yrjana Ahto is CEO of Fujitsu Services Oy.
