Sitel Appoints Donald Berryman as Chief Global Sales and Marketing Officer


NASHVILLE, Tenn. --(Business Wire)-- Sitel, a leading global business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, today announced the appointment of Donald Berryman to the position of Chief Global Sales and Marketing Officer. Berryman will lead efforts to grow revenue with new client acquisitions, expand programs with existing clients and retain Sitel's position as the world leader in outsourced services. Berryman will report directly to president and CEO Dave Garner.



Mr. Berryman joins Sitel from EDS, an HP company, where he served as Sr. Industry Executive CRM Global Services. Berryman's client perspective comes from more than 5-years with EarthLink, one of the United States' leading internet service providers (ISP). As executive vice president of customer support, Berryman led the front-line team whose commitment to customer experience was crucial in helping EarthLink receive the highest ranking in ISP customer satisfaction (after outsourcing their entire operation), according to the J.D. Power and Associates Internet Service Provider Residential Customer Satisfaction Study. Additionally, Berryman was president of municipal networks, leading EarthLink's marketing efforts into the Municipal Wireless Broadband Market.
