'Orange France launches HTC Dream for EUR 99'(DMeurope Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Orange France has officially launched the HTC Dream, the country's first mobile phone running the Android operating system, with pre-installed Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail and YouTube. Orange is selling the touchscreen handset for EUR 99 with one-year Origami Plus subscription plans. HTC Dream features an azerty keyboard for easy use of e-mail, Webmail, SMS and MMs. The handset comes with 3G+, EDGE and Wi-Fi connectivity, a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera, 3.2-inch display, GPS, and a 2GB microSD card. Rival mobile operator SFR has already announced that it would introduce the second generation HTC Magic, at the end of April.
