In an effort to raise capital and drive new, e-commerce business, Rusick installed an experienced management team, rebuilt the company's internet technology platform and expanded international operations through strategic joint ventures in Asia, Europe and Latin America. He served as Chief Operating Officer where he managed sales, marketing, web design and fulfillment operations.
