Filipino inventor claims discovery of formula to cure cancer, diabetes and other diseases (Feature)MANILA, Jan 18, 2009 (Asia Pulse Data Source via COMTEX) -- A Filipino inventor has claimed to have made a breakthrough in treating deadly diseases, including cancer and diabetes, using his formulated alkaline water. Pablo Planas, 73, a former mechanic-turned-inventor, spent years of research and laboratory tests extracting alkaline mineral which, according to him, has proved to be an antidote of killing cancer cells. "Alkaline is very important to our body to fight toxic, the root cause of all diseases," Planas said. "Alkaline is the best natural way of curing practically all diseases, including cancer," he added. "All water, including seawater, has alkaline, but the alkaline content is below the level of what is called 'hydrogen potential' (pH) that measures the degree of acidity or alkalinity in water or any solution," he said. Planas claimed that he was able to level off the alkaline in his solution to 8.5 to 9.0 pH, which "in this level kills all cancer cells." He said that a 55-year-old diabetic patient, Jimmy King, from Project 4, Quezon City, was scheduled to have one of his legs amputated, but he opted to drink alkaline water. "With God's help, Mr. King no longer needed his leg to be amputated," Planas said, smiling. Another patient whom Planas identified as Ms. Euwelda Anigan from Fairview, Quezon City, who was afflicted with cancer was also "cured" of the disease after taking alkaline water. "The higher the pH reading, the more alkaline and oxygen-rich the fluid is, the better, based on the findings of medical research," Planas said. "This is not my findings but what I did was to enhance the contents of alkaline by formulating a formula that kills acidity in our body," he said. Planas explained that the pH range is from 0 to 14, with 7.0 being neutral. "Anything above 7.0 is alkaline and anything below 7.0 is considered acidic. The pH of what you drink becomes important when you consider the function of water in the body. Our human body produces acids as by-products of normal cellular function. These acids must be removed from the body for it to remain healthy," Planas said. He added that "the presence of too much acid in the diet may reduce the body's ability to function correctly and may increase the risk of disease." Based on his intensive research, Planas said the studies show that "an alkaline body pH may provide improved cellular function and reduce these risks," adding that "proper hydration of the body with water (near neutral pH, not acidic) improves removal of the body's cellular wastes. After years of experiments, Planas discovered that natural alkaline comes from the earth's surface, which after a long process using a 'secret formula' he formulated produced an outstanding alkaline content. According to Planas, the level of alkaline he formulates is 8.5 to 9.0 pH which kills toxic wastes in the body, including cancer cells, the mother of all toxic cells. "If you have health problems, most likely you are acidic," he said. "The alkaline level is very important because research has already proven that diseases cannot survive in an alkaline-state and yet they thrive in an acidic environment," he said. "The body has to have a balanced pH like most living things on earth or it does not function correctly," he added. He pointed out that in an acidic state, the body's ability to absorb nutrients and the production of energy cells decreases tremendously. "If the body cannot detoxify, it would be susceptible to tumor cells and other illness to thrive," he said. However, this could be compensated by using alkaline attaining a level of 8.5 for cancer cells to be exterminated. "Terminal cancer patients are around 1,000 times more acidic than normal healthy people," Planas said, adding that "in the absence of oxygen, glucose undergoes fermentation to lactic acid that causes the pH to drop from between 7.3 to 7.2 down to 7 and even to 5.7 or lower in advanced stages of cancer." "There is a need to have a pH at slightly above 7.4 for cancer cells to be dormant, and at pH 8.5, cancer cells will die and healthy cells will live. In other words, alkaline or die," he said. Planas demonstrated how his alkaline formula works by pouring into a glass of water muriatic acid which was boiling hot and could not be touched. But once he put the powder of alkaline into the oozing muriatic acid, the burning was "tamed." Planas then dipped his finger and even had his mouth touched on the muriatic acid, but he did not experience any harm. People from all walks of life troop everyday to his office along Timog Avenue in Quezon City to buy alkaline water in bottle or in capsule form. Planas claimed alkaline water is number one in the world and may yet be the solution of curing man's illness and living a healthy and longer life. Planas' first invention was the "Chaos Turbo Gas Saver" that saves consumption of gasoline from 15 to 50 percent. It is now being sold abroad. (PNA) |
