The Massachusetts Division of Health Care Finance & Policy (DHCFP) issued a set of emergency budget adoptions in early December 2008 that has a direct impact on the reimbursement of services to Home Health Agencies. Agencies are to receive a 20% reduction in reimbursement for Skilled Nursing Visits for those patients that have been on service for more than 60 days.
