WebSpy introduces Vantage 2.1 and Vantage Ultimate

Nov 26, 2008 (TELECOMWORLDWIRE via COMTEX) --
WebSpy, a vendor of Internet monitoring, analysis and reporting
software, announced on Tuesday (25 November) the new version release of
the Vantage product range, Vantage 2.1, the release of a new software
solution, Vantage Ultimate, and launch of redesigned website.
The company said that Vantage 2.1 enables organisations to monitor
Internet usage and web browsing behaviour, as well as e-mail usage,
event logs, routers, incoming visitor traffic, firewalls, anti-virus
and spam applications. The solution can analyse over 200 types of log
files from different vendors. Information provided by the solution
allows organisations to achieve business benefits, including improving
employee productivity, identifying Internet and e-mail misuse,
identifying and resolving network problems, preserving bandwidth and
reducing litigation risks.
Vantage Ultimate is the company's latest software solution that
incorporates all Vantage 2.1 features, as well as being able to satisfy

the organisational need of distributing information. The solution
ascertains a company's organisational structure and enables secure,
web-based access to reports at any level to ensure that the protection
of resources is not just the responsibility of the security team, but
potentially the entire organisation. Its on-demand capabilities enable
individual employees to conduct their own ad-hoc analysis to view their
productive and non-productive activity.
In addition, WebSpy itself has undergone a recent transformation after
redesigning both http://www.webspy.com and the company logo.
No financial details were disclosed.
