[November 25, 2008] Tech Mahindra sets up office in Saudi Arabia Tweet Mumbai, Nov 24, 2008 (Asia Pulse Data Source via COMTEX) -- IT firm Tech Mahindra today said it has set up an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as a part of its initiative to promote its infotech and telecom services in the West Asia market. "The Saudi (Arabia) office is integral to the expansion of Tech Mahindra in the Middle East for its sales, support and delivery of the IT and telecom offerings," the company release said here. The Saudi Arabia office would be headed by Hassan Albrazi, the Regional Director, the Mahindra Group company said. The telecom operators in Saudi Arabia are looking for ways to expand their market shares, improve profitability and new offerings rapidly, with a higher focus on next-generation services, customer experience and value-added services, it said. "Tech Mahindra, with over a decade of rich telecom domain knowledge, will provide best industry practices to help these local operators achieve their goals for reducing costs, streamlining their operations and delivering outstanding services to their clients," it added.
