SDC Solutions Provides Guest Services and Staff Communications at MGM Grand DetroitNov 22, 2008 (10Meters.com via COMTEX) -- SDC Solutions, a provider of communications solutions, announced that MGM Grand Detroit, a hotel and entertainment destination, has implemented SDC's IntelliDesk PC-based Console to deliver guest services and internal communications. With its hospitality feature set, IntelliDesk noted, it has provided the tools for MGM Grand Detroit to streamline its guest services and call handling operations for approximately 400 hotel guests, millions of casino and restAurant guests, and more than 3,000 team members at their $800-million dollar property. Working with SDC, MGM Detroit has integrated and leveraged several existing technologies, including Cisco's IPCC and Symon wallboards, the company said.
