Allworx Takes an Internet Telephony Excellence Award(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Allworx, which develops Internet Protocol-based phone systems that deliver new capabilities and efficiency to small and medium-size businesses, announced that Technology Marketing has presented a 2008 Internet Telephony Excellence Award to Allworx and its 24x VoIP Communications System. The award was announced this week by Internet Telephony magazine, published by TMC. The Allworx 24x, which can support up to 150 users, is the flagship of a family of all-in-one products that integrate a phone system, Internet Protocol-based phones and software tools into one solution. The 2008 Excellence Award marks the fourth consecutive year that Allworx has been honored by TMC. Allworx received a "Product of the Year Award" in 2005, 2006 and 2007; an "Excellence Award" in 2006; and was named "Best of Show" for the "Best SMB Solution" in 2008 at the Internet Telephony Conference and Expo East earlier this year.
