Oasis Television Network Signs Licensing Pact with Modavox(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Modavox, an Internet broadcasting provider and holder of several patented technologies, announced that the company has signed an agreement with OasisTV to exclusively broadcast their online library. The networks content will be distributed via the Company's BoomBox Video Platform and will also leverage its StreamSyndicate Advertising Platform, all built upon the company's patented technology which includes exclusive behavioral targeting capabilities. Oasis TV programs are available online and commercial-free and in their entirety in the Oasis TV Screening Room. Consumers access the programs on Oasis TV's website on a monthly subscription video-on-demand basis, the company said. David J.
