Swedish industrial automation systems and components supplier OEM International AB merges subsidiaries

Swedish industrial automation systems and components supplier OEM
International AB (OMX Stockholm: OEM B) announced on Monday (8
September) that it has decided to merge its subsidiaries Internordic
Bearings AB and Indoma AB.

The combined company, Internordic Bearings AB, will be a leading
supplier of bearings and seals, and will have an annual turnover of
some SEK110m,

The merger will enable customers to purchase all their bearings and
seals from the same supplier

OEM International, headquartered in Tranas, Sweden, is a leading
trading company within industrial automation. The company comprises



some 25 units in over 10 countries. OEM International has 110 employees
and annual sales of over SEK220m.

One British pound (GBP) is worth approximately 11.72 Swedish kronor
(SEK).
