Dilithium Introduces ViVAS Flash(Wireless News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Dilithium, a company involved in multimedia delivery over mobile and broadband networks, announced ViVAS Flash to empower carriers to deliver two-way video calling services between web browsers and 3G mobile devices. With ViVAS Flash, the company noted, carriers can deploy value-added video services across converged networks to satisfy growing consumer demand for communications experiences on any device over any network, according to company officials. The company said that a number of companies have already implemented Dilithium's ViVAS Flash solution to offer services including Bi-directional web browser to 3G mobile video calls, web-based video services, including conferencing and surveillance, and game changing new features on social networks such as 'call me now' or video chat. "As 3G mobile customers demand more sophisticated communication applications, operators and service providers must innovate in order to attract new subscribers, reduce churn and drive greater revenue," said Paul Zuber, CEO of Dilithium Networks. "Dilithium's ViVAS Flash will video services to whatever Internet-connected device the consumer prefers." ViVAS Flash is the latest addition to the Dilithium ViVAS platform.
