[July 03, 2008] TTI Telecom to expand HOT Telecom's VoIP network services Tweet (Telecomworldwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) TTI Team Telecom International Ltd (NasdaqGM: TTIL), which designs, develops, markets and supports network management and operations support system software for the communications industry, revealed yesterday (2 July) that, to expand the Service Assurance solution for its VoIP network, the Israeli national cable company's telecomms division, HOT Telecom has selected TTI Telecom. HOT Telecom can check the quality of service and improve operational efficiency of VoIP sessions derived from multi-format IPDRs and multi-vendor performance and service indicators, based on the company's Service Assurance solution products CallExpert and Netrac PMM. TTI Telecom has simultaneously implemented its trouble ticketing system NeTkT, to help HOT Telecom use its resources efficiently and improve engineering and operations problem resolution cycles.
